I was recently gifted a new Ingersoll watch which after light use unfortunately needed a repair.Having contacted Ingersoll Customer Service outlining details of the said watch for their advice,I was told the watch was approximately 15 years old & out of warranty.I was then given the choice of either a repair to this watch which would have cost up to £150 or a 65% part exchange on one of the latest Ingersoll models.I opted for part exchange on a Tennessee model which was received yesterday via FedEx.The watch was exceptionally well packaged & I was delighted with my choice ! I thought Ingersoll’s customer service was absolutely first class & Bhavin who I dealt with guided myself through the process via email.Bhavin is a credit to Ingersoll & I only wish the customer service with other companies was as good as this !! All in all a very positive experience !! 👍
