Bad Customer Care

My watch was shipped with parcelforce and it got lost for 4 days i had to go to every mail around me to find out it where it was. I’ve contacted the company and the shipping company but none have answered to me for days. Never ordering again

Fantastic customer service

As I hadn’t purchased the watch from Ingersoll I was sceptical if I would get a reply. However within 24hrs I received a reply from Bhavin who asked for a picture of the watch and part I needed. Bhavin then confirmed that they would send out 2 spares for me and also suggested how I could fit it securely. All I cansay is excellent customer service from Ingersoll especially from Bhavin.
