I'm happy with the way Bhavin helped me with the watch leather and they also include extra screws I needed on top of the watch. They are very fast in replying to emails.@Bhavin, was very helpful and followed up to make sure I received my new watch and the extra leather I ordered for my old watch. Great & fast service

Very disappointed by price/quality

Bought a Herald that winder broke and wasn't worn many time. The watch has lifetime warranty but excludes the watch winder. Just spent £500 for a watch that can't be repaired and not covered by lifetime warranty.

I contacted customer services in March.

I contacted customer services in March 2025 in hope of repair for my old Ingersoll watch. Bhavin was extremely kind, courteous and knowledgeable and explained the process.I sent my watch to the repair service but unfortunately, due to unavailability of parts, repair could not be done. This was explained by telephone and the watch returned to me.I could not have had better service from this company. Highly recommend and thank you.Susan Green
