It feels like a fraudulent retailer. I will have to initiate a chargeback to recover my funds. I had a good experience with this site in 2024, so it’s clear something has changed. This raises the question—how do they maintain a 3.6 rating on review platforms?
This wholesaler has been the worst experience I've had. I placed an order on November 12 and only received part of it by November 19, which was outsourced. The rest of my order is still missing. The customer service line is never answered, and I have sent three emails with no reply. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company online!

I then contacted the service again, and they advised me to return the faulty item. I received a return shipping email promptly, and my large heater was replaced within a week. Excellent customer service!
