I canceled this subscription

I canceled this subscription. I was charged twice after my subscription was canceled. I received response within minutes of the unwanted charges on my account that were charged after my cancelation. They've assured me my account was now canceled. I'm hoping those charges will be credited back to my account. I will say they responded quickly with my dissatisfied response.

Scam website, was unable to receive my subscription amount back. They then sent me this in an emailHello Amber ,Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us. We genuinely appreciate it, and we understand that there may have been some confusion regarding how our subscription system works, and we apologize for any misunderstanding this may have caused.After a thorough review of your account, we found that a subscription was initiated and later canceled. As outlined in our terms of service, our trial period offers limited access and automatically transitions to a full membership if not canceled within the trial window. An email notification was sent at the time of registration to clarify this procedure.As a gesture of goodwill and in recognition of your concerns, we are prepared to offer you a full credit of your membership fees which we consider as the best resolution at the moment. As part of our policy, we kindly ask that reviews be deleted before issuing credits. This step is essential because, unfortunately, we’ve had many instances where customers did not update their reviews after receiving credits. This can unfairly affect our brand's reputation, even though we have resolved the issue.In light of the steps we’ve taken to resolve this issue, we kindly ask you to consider removing your public comments or reviews, as they can continue to impact our platform even after the matter has been addressed."IMPORTANT: Please note that the deletion of the review serves as vital proof presented to our Payment Department to ensure your credit is processed within 5-7 days depending on your bank's processing speed."We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. You can keep the money you stole from me. If just one person doesn't get their money stolen than the ten dollars you stole from me was worth it.I left my review at 0 because it's a scam don't do it.
