Ink experts have been the best company I’ve ever dealt with, I ordered my sublimation bundle which arrived super quick but then had some issues with items I heat pressed coming out very faded, Alex spent a week going back and forth emailing me trying to sort the issue out with me, starting from the printer settings to then finding out the heat press needed recalibrating. He also sent me a thermometer for free which turned up the next morning so I could check the temperature of the heat press and recalibrate it myself. It is all sorted now and everything is working perfectly, I honestly can’t recommend ink experts enough, I will definitely be buying from here again. Again thank you so much to Alex who done everything he could to help me, he went above and beyond and I appreciate the help :)
If you are starting a sublimation business then Ink Experts are the place to go. I purchased a printer, heat press and mug press package. They arrived extremely well packed with all the instructions you need to get started. I would highly recommend.
