Ordered a pack of DTF and was assured by Ink Experts that it was dispatched on 23/02/2023, and I have no doubt this is correct. Once again Royal Mail have not delivered after 11 days, they are always the weak link.Previous orders delivered very quickly.
I've only just recently started using Ink Experts but so far I've found them to be really helpful and super quick at delivering. I'm really happy with everything so far and will definitely continue using them. Their sublimation paper is one of the best I've found so far :-)
Being new to sublimation this is the first time I've used Ink Experts. Excellent customer service. They quickly combined 2 orders and refunded one lot of P&P within minutes of contacting them. Delivery was by Royal Mail, arriving next day where the expectation was dispatch within 2 days. I haven't tried the inks and paper yet, but the packaging is secure and everything arrived as expected.
