Alex was amazing!! My printer wasn't set up correctly and so after working OK initially started playing up. I sent ink experts an email on Sunday and by Monday morning I had a reply. After I gave Alex a hard time, he wasn't phased and calmly and professionally walked me through setting the printer up correctly. I sheepishly apologised for my initial little outburst but Alex was very gracious about it. I did question whether the reviews were accurate, and I can confidently say they are! Highly recommended, I will not go anywhere else for my printing needs (I'm sure Alex will be happy to know this 😂)
