Really great customer serviceHad an issue with my printer but they sorted it gave me advice and pretty quickly arranged a replacement when all else failed. Really quick response on the e-mail too. Everything came packaged as per my order. Would buy from them again.
Ink Experts customer service is beyond excellent, they go above and beyond for their customers and nothing is too much trouble. They reply to emails within the hour and always give brilliant advice. I was having trouble doing mugs and tumblers but I reached out to them and they told me what I was doing wrong, now my mugs and tumblers are perfect and their new Platinum paper is the best, the ink release and clarity of my items is immense, I am extremely happy. Thank you.
I purchased some set-up sublimation supplies and was impressed with the package when this arrived following a quick delivery. I also appreciated some sample paper in a new style coming through to compare with the set purchased. However, I was most impressed this week when Christian at Ink Experts went above and beyond to offer advice with a printer set-up query. My printer wasn't purchased from them and the issue was nothing to do with their supplies, but Ink Experts helped anyway with how to get my new Epson working correctly to start. Very much appreciated and I'll be back for more sublimation supplies when my current ones have been used up as well as recommending Ink Experts to others. Thank you!
Purchased items from these guys about 12 months ago and had a great service then and items were excellent quality.This week I had an issue with the printer and could not work out what the problem was. I emailed Ink Experts as I didn't know what else to do and received a speedy reply. Several emails, Web links and photos later over 2 days and the printer is sorted. All emails were answered extremely promptly and nothing seemed too much trouble . I can say that this has been excellent customer service above and beyond, which today is a rarity. I was a happy customer after the initial purchase, now I would never shop anywhere else. Thanks to everyone involved.
Really poor to be honest. I've been sublimating for a number of year now and needed a new printer. All Epsom Eco tank printers come with a set of inks. When you purchase through Ink Experts they are removed from the box and I assume sold separately. I'm a heavy user of ink and would use these in other office printers. These inks although not used for sublimation do come as standard with the printer and should be included. You pay for them. When I questioned this with them the blanket response was very poor and I was given a list of bundle items. I have also used their ICC profiles in the past with Coreldraw, now for some reason this is not working. I am not suggesting there is anything wrong with the profiles and I am sure it is something to do with Coreldraw but they literally wash their hands of you because they do not support the programme. I do not think these guys are expert in anything to be honest and I really do not rate their customers service. Its highly unlikely I will use them again. I've already discussed my issue with their competitor who has been extremally helpful.
Im not sure what happened. Ive been told that ink experts are a great company and I was hoping from a newbie point of view for some help after spending over £1900 with them. The machine supplied is fantastic thats for the extra star, but the support after purchase is shocking. They have no telephone number for you to call. No whatsapp to message. No live chat.I have emailed twice since Saturday the 29th Oct and it's now the 2nd Nov. Nothing. I only wanted to know simple questions and some support after spending over £1900 with them. The ink supplied would not work. I tried for three days to get the white ink more vibrant as I have seen others have a white background but my one was totally washed out. After spending £250 on new ink, it’s now working like a dream. And the other company that supplied the ink have been fantastic (I’ll be leaving an amazing review for them) I mean one quick question thats all it took. Im gutted with ink experts, I can not fault the delivery of the printer I bought as it got to me in 2 days, but the support and after sales they really need to work on as its non-existent.
