Review Time
I have been trying to contact this firm for 3 weeks now as when I opened my last order the black cartridge had leaked in the sealed pack so its unusable. Phone line has a message saying that it is suspended no response from the 2 messages sent.I have used them several times but confidence in them has gone so won't be using them again.
I have ordered from ink factory several times before and always get the same consistent service. Easy to (re)order, arrives in a matter of days and a good price. Not actually used any of the latest batch yet, but like to have some of each in stock ready.
I purchased PGI-570 / CLI-571 cartridges for my Canon TS6250.The black cartridge works, but all colour cartridges show “Ink tank cannot be recognised”.I have attempted resets and overrides. This is a chip compatibility fault.I am claiming under your Lifetime Guarantee for replacement cartridges with updated chips or a refund.Please respond. I tried contacting, emailing and still haven't even got a response. If I were you I wouldn't buy from this site. Waste of money
