Got to be 5 star for this company.the customer services are excellent.i ordered the wrong ink cartridges didn't notice till my printer,kept coming up non compatible, emailed the company as I had ordered two lots. They were very understanding asked me to return what was left of the order.and refunded me the whole amount . Can't recommend them enough.
It would be good to get some information on settings for common printers. I find colour matching a nightmare. You have a screen colour profile, the document (working space) and the printer profile. And for regular users not using expensive printers and paper there's nothing. I ended up messing around changing cmyk levels. Very frustrating and not clear with Cannon, Apple or anything you use.
