Ordered from their TikTok shop. Tights ripped as soon as I put them on even though they were the correct size per their guide. Customer service said they sent a refund but I never got it and it’s been a few weeks now. I tried following up but they stopped responding. I feel like I’ve been scammed. So disappointing as I’ve been wanting to order from this brand for a while now. It’s not ok to overcharge for faulty products and then pretend to send a refund that never comes. Do not shop here!
Avoid this company if you expect to examine your tights upon arrival. If you take them out of the box to see the color, you can't return them. I opened the package to check if the color was right and now I'm unable to return them. Imagine if I had actually worn them to see if they fit or looked better when stretched. It's shocking that a company operates this way. As a first-time buyer, I should be able to try the tights on. I'm extremely disappointed and will not buy again. If you're looking for quality tights that can be returned if they don't fit or you dislike the color, consider trying a different seller.
Do NOT purchase if you want to check the color and try on your tights. If you do that, returns are not allowed?! I took them out to see if the color met my expectations, but now I can't return them just because I opened the box. It's baffling that a company can operate this way.
