Extremely disappointing service. I changed my delivery address and received confirmation that it was updated, but somehow it was still sent to the incorrect address. Now, no one is willing to take responsibility or assist in any way. It's completely unacceptable and utterly unreliable, bordering on fraudulent.
I encountered a minor issue with the print on a T-shirt that was sent out. The communication regarding the issue was excellent, and a replacement was dispatched promptly once it was available again. Outstanding customer service, and I'm very pleased with the product.
I experienced some problems with shipments being lost in transit due to courier strikes and other issues. I consistently purchase from this seller, and their customer service is always outstanding in resolving any problems, whether it’s a lost package or an incorrect product.
