This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They said they would communicate with me about my order, but nothing happened. They haven't responded to my emails or phone calls. I suspect they send the same message to everyone who complains. I ordered two products on July 25, but there’s no tracking information. I’ve sent multiple emails, and I have received no replies. The phone number on their site is unresponsive. Terrible service. It feels fraudulent.

Avoid this online store

I ordered a discounted automatic coffee machine with grinder from the online store. I made my purchase on April 11, 2025, and my order status is still processing. They claimed it was shipped, but when I requested a tracking number, they sent a fake reference. Their number didn’t exist in the tracking system. This is deceitful; I still haven’t received my order. Avoid them.
