TV Guide magazine failed to let me know that they do not publish TV listings for the Mountain Time Zone. The Magazine is useless, a total rip-off, and they refuse to refund your money when you cancel. I got ONE magazine, tried to cancel, and was told that I could not get a refund. Be warned! Don't subscribe!!!

They abruptly stopped sending the listings for no apparent reason. Despite multiple attempts to contact them with all the necessary information, they claim they have no record of my subscription and keep asking for details they already possess. If there were a rating lower than zero, that would be fitting.
The requirement to pay or consent seems to have permanently harmed the app and website. Ironically, the best guide is now the one integrated into my old television. In a time when hosting costs are decreasing, many companies are still trying to maximize profits by overcharging for their services.
The app was once much better, resembling the simple grid layout of my decade-old TV. Additionally, it now bombards users with intrusive ads. If you want clicks, don’t display unappealing advertisements! The print media had already adapted to this, and now they face paywalls due to poor ad performance. It’s unfortunate that this service has followed suit.
There seems to be a technical problem. They send me links to a program grid, but it always appears blank. I've received three different links from three separate representatives, all yielding the same result. When I called last, the representative could only offer another link. I requested to speak with a supervisor and have been waiting. If I don’t hear back in 15 minutes, I’ll consider my money wasted.
Most of the time, the listings are incorrect, and I’m only receiving information about certain movies. It’s been wrong for two months, and I keep receiving renewal reminders. I have many other free options for information, but I’ve subscribed since I was young and am now disappointed enough to consider canceling.
