Worst experience, never recommend to anyone, don’t waste your hard earn money, and don’t stuck in their trap.
I recently did full servicing of my car Citron C3 and paid £260 for a full servicing and £450 for an engine part replacement after being advised that this would resolve a noise issue and remove the amber engine management light.
I agreed to the repair based on that professional recommendation. The warning light initially disappeared, however after driving only around 60 miles, the same amber light returned.
When I returned to the garage, I was told this is now a different issue and that nothing further could be done.
I find this disappointing, particularly given the cost involved and the short time before the problem reappeared. I would have expected a more thorough diagnosis or at least some responsibility taken when an issue returns so quickly, but they only said “sorry”.

The main dealer kept my car for three months and still could not diagnose or repair the issue. They even told me they could not replicate the problem.

I then took it to In and Out for a diagnosis and they identified the fault within a few hours. I brought it back a few days later for the repair and it was fixed in under four hours.

This was some of the best money I have ever spent. The noise from my car was genuinely ruining any enjoyment I had in driving it, and the in and out team has given me my car back!

Customer service from the service manager was excellent. Extremely happy with the cost of all jobs undertaken. I feel very fortunate that I've found a garage with mechanics (rather than simply fitters) that are helpful and trustworthy. Quality of work, excellent. Thanks very much.

The texts recommending extras are slightly confusing - not 100% clear whether or not the advisories are essential or not, a call resolves it - but I don’t think it’s ultra transparent for everyone

Other work was also advised for safety reasons and a very reasonable price was agreed for the work to be completed. I was advised the work would take around 90 mins, but I received a text after an hour to say my vehicle was ready to collect. I’m very satisfied with the work done to my car

Placing an order online was straightforward. I initially filled out the form incorrectly, but the support team reached out to clarify, which was helpful. There was a slight confusion entering the parking area due to outdated signage from a previous business. Overall, I received great service and was very pleased with the price for two tyres and alignment.

Exceptional and courteous reception service.

The reception service was exceptionally polite and quick. I bought two tyres with fitting arranged at a local service center. The tyre fitter was also very courteous when returning my car, explaining where the locking wheel nut key was placed inside. Overall, excellent service!

Effective service and impressive outcomes

I had my MOT today, which initially failed due to some suspension issues, but the team quickly worked to fix them, and my car passed. It feels even better than when I first purchased it! The receptionist was very friendly, making the entire experience smooth. I appreciated the online service that kept me informed throughout. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—definitely a 10/10—even on New Year's Eve! Happy New Year to everyone at the company; I’ll certainly return!
