Scam, order a Valentine’s Day card 5 weeks in advance and it didn’t arrive. When asked for refund multiple times, a reply was sent to me by their customer support team, which I believe is a chat bot as the replys didn’t make a lot of sense to what I’ve asked in my previous email and kept ignoring my refund request!!!

Extremely poor quality and unprofessional response

The item is clearly made with very cheap materials; it broke right away and started flashing uncontrollably, making it impossible to turn off. Additionally, the wire became dangerously hot. When I reached out to the company to initiate a return, they initially offered me £2 for an item that cost £20. I’m updating this to note that despite explaining my rights for a full refund, their response was to raise the offer to £4. This is incredibly unprofessional and feels fraudulent. I am now pursuing a dispute through PayPal. Absolutely disgraceful.

Extremely disappointed with the service

I wish I could give zero stars. My package never arrived after a 3-month wait. When I reached out for help, I was informed there was no tracking information, so it would not be delivered. I requested a refund, but every time I was told to wait for the package before I could get my money back. I've received numerous emails over the past two weeks, all with the same frustrating response. The customer service is terrible, with the same message rephrased repeatedly. I strongly advise against making a purchase from them!

One star review is being generous 😡

Ordered some jeans to try, took 4wks to arrive. Was kept up to date though on the tracking of my parcel.Unfortunately they didn't fit, theres a note to contact them via an email address to let them know of any issues.Over the past few days I've been emailing back and forth because they are refusing to let me return for a refund of £35. They've offered me £2 compensation and told me to pass them on to a friend!!There's nothing on their website when it comes to ordering that you CANNOT RETURN.Terrible company, terrible communication. DO JOT BUY FROM THESE!!

ÀVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Ordered jeans in beginning September, no arrival of order by November, continuously being told to 'please wait on delivery we are expediting your order with the courier'....total scam of a company, no order is ever going to arrive...AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Would give -10 stars if possible.

If I could give this company no stars I…

If I could give this company no stars I would! I ordered 3 friendship hearts and they arrived damaged 4 weeks later. I immediately complained, sent photos and asked for a full refund. They offered me a measly £2 when they had cost over £20. When I said that was not acceptable they upped it to £6. I again said it was not acceptable and basically they tried to blackmail me by saying that it would cost more than that in return postage and my time. I begrudgingly accepted but be warned. Do not deal with this company!

Undelivered but no refund

Took over three weeks to 'deliver' cat-themed origami (probably the size of an envelope) to my address in the UK. They sent an email claiming it had been delivered 'to a neighbour' but two weeks after that email I still have no idea where it is or who has it, if anyone. They refused to refund or replace and said it was now between me and the carrier (who they did not name)

Delivery time of 7 weeks which I wasn't made aware of. When item finally turned up it was of shoddy quality and the writing on it was ineligible. Requested a full refund of £12-99 but they offered £2!! Absolutely appalling service.
