Review Time
The pickup locker didn't work. Faulty screen. I received a message saying I have collected my parcel when I haven't. The door to the locker wouldn't even open. Called the support number and even the agent couldn't open any of the lockers remotely.
Before today id have given them a five star review,but unfortunatly i had a bad experience today.Ordered £185 worth of boots for my daughter,received email saying parcel was ready.Opened locker and there was nothing in it at all.Rang In post told it looked as if it had been scanned incorrectly and was at the depot and would be redelivered.After thinking about it i worried if something was marked as collected that just maybe no one would deliver it.Rang to comfirm this,to be told its vinteds problem that messed up with my parcel.Now i dont have my daughters present or the money to replace it.Wont use them again too much upset with no care of your issues,caused by them
