Love to shop at Vintage and there is usually a choice of delivery to your home or a cheaper option is to use an InPost locker. Never used a locker delivery before, overall a good experience, lots of delivery emails to let you know that they have received your parcel, that it is in transit and then that it is in the locker. Great that you can pick your parcel up whenever, just input your code, door pops open and away you go. Only drawback is you only have a few days to collect your parcel. Once when I had flu, could not get to the locker and the parcel was sent back to the seller and I had to pay postage again.

You let consumers get scammed because your system doesn’t acknowledge house numbers, allowing scumbag scammers to exploit the postcode only tracking, which is why I need to go drag my butt around the local neighbourhood in an attempt to find the damn house they sent it to, so the homeowner can tell me that I don’t look like a “Marilyn Richards”, cos I’m not!

This is the 2nd time I have had difficulty picking up my item. The last time my item was not in the shop. JVS in Northfields. I had to report it to Vinted who said that the item could not be found. Today I was met with again looking for my own package and an extremely rude member of staff who was totally unhelpful. I will never use InPost again because of this .

It is so easy and convenient!
I used the lockers beside Tesco while shopping after 6pm, they had room and the bar code i printed scanned easily, as did the QR code on my phone for the other parcel! So far they have all arrived at the correct location in good condition! I’m impressed.

It was a fast enough experience. The box wasnt too out the way which I appreciate. In all honesty it was fun for my first time picking up a package. Just a little confusing at first putting in the code.
I liked the safety I felt standing there as it was well lit with cameras. My only problem was the cleanliness of the screen itself but other than that it was a great easy time efficient thing.
