This company has been horrible! There is no support, and their response times are slow. Even basic tasks frequently fail. I have had terrible experiences with their solutions, which have been unreliable. I strongly recommend looking for better alternatives.
I want to express my frustration with this service. It has been a complete waste of time and money due to the lack of a proper system to validate leads. The leads provided are often irrelevant and inaccurate, leading to wasted efforts. This experience has been disappointing, and I hope the company addresses these issues to improve fairness and value for its clients.
There is no one that answers the phone or returns messages. Takes days for replies to emails. Not good in real estate to not get replies for tech support or accounting! Very frustrating to say the least! Multiple days, calls and emails. ChatBot doesnt work either - they escalated it and it still is in limbo. CS said its not them but the other department which apparently no one in the company can get to them directly. Lessons being learned on our side the hard way!
We were not happy with our website and our leads were not good. Several tries to get out of my contract and they are still sending fake leads and they haven’t hosted my site in months. They are charging me for nothing. I will take this further.
This company is the worst for lead generation. Buyer BEWARE!!! Terrible leads, locks you into a contract without letting you know they put you into a year long contract and there is NO QUALITY LEADS OR SERVICE. I was told I should expect a certain amount of leads per month which I didn't even receive a quarter of. Majority without contact information to even reach out to them and when they asked me for a specific type of lead and what I was paying I got the exact opposite. They don't call, emails were bounced back until I cancelled my credit card. They are frauds when it comes to their lead generation. I'm so upset and regret ever being sucked in by their over friendly sales person who literally acts like a best friend and working for a the best interest of no one except doing a sale. I have been taken. YUCK
I signed up for two different widgets on my EXP website. One cost $5.23 and one was $15.68 and this was a monthly fee. Suddenly, I started noticing that they were charging me each of those fees times three ! months after months of charges. I wrote them and asked to cancel. I wrote them and begged them to credit me which they finally credited and be back for one whole month. When I add up all the extra charges it’s over $500.When you try to call them, they will never answer. My credit card company spoke to them and they tried to say that I had re-ordered those same widgets when I never did and it doesn’t do anything to have extra ones you only would have one per site anyway ! They always would respond with these emails that it was my fault and that they would not reimburse me anymore. They never canceled it and I finally just canceled the card to get a new number because I’m driven so crazy by these terrible rip off people. I’m gonna go to KV core and complain to them about this company and their unethical practices next.
Horrible lead generation and customer serviceI purchased Inside Real Estate's Managed Google Leads, SmartSocial Leads, and concierge service.They continuously under perform in lead volume. Continuously send me leads that are not at all what we agreed to. And suggest that if I want more leads to go work in more cities, rather than just send me the number of leads that they suggested they could send when I first signed the contract.The concierge team is a glorified smart campaign. If you can call someone twice in two days and then leave them on a smart campaign then you've done as much work as the concierge service.If you want out of the contract for how poorly they perform, they want 2 months of pay.This company has treated me so poorly that I have an active BBB Complaint going on with them. If you're looking for high quality marketing, avoid this company at all costs.
BUYER BEWARE. I've managed technology vendors for real estate brokerages for over 17 years, including a few years working for one. THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE WORST VENDOR I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. The system is constantly broken, plagued with bugs and issues galore, and new problems appear every week. What's worse than that is the horrendous customer service and technical support, lack of accountability, and utter lack of any sense of urgency regarding fixing these issues that impact brokerage's and agent's ability to conduct their business. Issues we reported a year ago still aren't fixed. The lack of urgency and accountability is shared even by their upper-level management team. PLEASE think twice before giving them your hard-earned money. It would be a huge mistake.
