They get it 1 because their product is technically great but unfortunately, if you have a problem, you are in big trouble because they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any company in my life and I am a very experienced individual. They will literally push every question and problem to somebody else and the simplest question can take a minimum of 3 to 4 days to get a response after about 30 emails something that should just take 10 seconds, they are rude about it and do not care about any concern you bring to their attention. They even tried billing me when they were having a glitch for three months on my system and it was not working, but they expected me to pay.
I want to alert everyone here to be cautious with this company. I experienced misleading sales tactics that led to payment without any fulfillment of services. They lack proper customer support—no contact numbers, only direct communication with the same salesperson who continues to misrepresent the company's offerings. After purchasing a product online, I was informed the next day that it was discontinued and was pressured into accepting an alternative that involved sending out postcards—a service I find questionable. It seems once they have your payment, they push products that don't deliver as promised. Please be wary of any assurances from this company!
Inside Real Estate/kvcore as promised when i signed up, I would get leads the day the website launched, I was told no I had to pay $750 additional to get leads I started to email the sales rep about the situation with no response immediately I withdraw my contract with them through the realtors board after they charged me 676 I didn't used their service I cancelled immediately plus they guaranteed 60 days' notice which they don't uphold now they threatening me with collection agency my thing is how can a company gets away with scamming people stay far away from this company. I also reported them to my state attorney general.
I strongly advise against signing up with them unless you enjoy being consistently ignored for extended periods when you need essential assistance.Their understaffing issues are beyond problematic, to the point where it severely hampers the quality of service they provide. It's evident that they are not trained to full capacity and the level of unprofessional is unreal. I filed a BBB complaint and they provided false information saying that I chatting with someone over several months when clearly the only time that I was able to reach anyone was 11 weeks after I was established and the chats were mainly with the same agent on the same day which consisted of 3 multiple conversations during the same time period. Then someone call me the same day as the complaint was filed and informed Better Business Bureau that they returned my call but I did not answer. When I never called any one on that day. Scammers!! What troubles me most is their apparent greed in taking on more brokerages and clients than they can reasonably service. Unfortunately, they have neglected the critical aspect on honesty, integrity, and loyalty to consumers. Inside Real Estate's service has been a massive letdown, characterized by poor responsiveness, understaffing, and a lack of knowledge and consideration for their clients. I strongly recommend exploring alternative CRM options, as my experience has been far from acceptable.
Wish I could give this crooked company negative points. Sub par platform, HORRIBLE customer service (and that's when you can actually reach someone), and ridiculously over priced. I keep teying to cancel the account but they won't. One person says okay your acoount will end on this date...and then they just keep billing you. Theyve killed 3 business relationships by over charging my vendors. This company is just absolutely crooked. Great sales pitch, but they do not deliver anything they promised...and charge you twice the industry standard for it.
Not impressed! Paying $599 a month for this service is ridiculous. Their customer service is terrible and getting anyone to respond to you is like pulling teeth. I signed a 14 month contract with them and it took several emails and instant messages to notify them that I did not want the service to continue once the contract expired. They do not care if you are happy with the service or not. They don’t even generate leads for you at the $599 price tag. Regret making this purchase and signing a contract with this company. Just waiting for my contract to expire so I can move on!
I wish I could give zero stars, inside real estate as the "customer discourager and client deterrent" representative for KVcore. KVcore seems like a very solid company leading up to changing crm serivces, and then there is zero phone support, the chat system I used today from 10:45 until 5 pm today was the most frustrating experience of my life... Marc gave me the runaround and then disappeared. I said I am new and need to set up a quarterly market report that is automated for a clients specific neighborhood. I was given instructions after an hour and a half for a listing review... which was not what I needed. Agents need a number they can call and speak with a human being... i am wondering if I an getting such bad support because I am a part of a larger brokerage... and not a $600 per month individual paying kvcore for better support, or if this truly is it... that kvcore has to offer... really disappointed.. :(
Worst company I have EVER worked with. Communication is the worst I have ever experienced. Been emailing and calling since March and it’s now end of June with zero response and yet they will not let us out of our contract. Please be very very careful using this company.
I do not make a habit of posting negative reviews, but this process has been a nightmare, and I hope that this will 1) help people make an informed decision when deciding whether or not to work with kvCORE/Inside Real Estate/kunversion, and 2) encourage IRE to adjust their customer service accordingly.TL;DR: We continue to receive charges months after we requested a cancellation to an add-on subscription because they (Inside Real Estate) stopped providing the services abruptly without notice. Despite numerous requests to speak to their customer service and accounts manager, we still have not heard back beyond a canned response stating our contractual obligations while IRE continues to charge our card for services they are contractually obligated to provide yet are not. When we first brought this issue to their attention, we were told by their customer service that our card was removed from our file and will not be charged. We’re still being charged going on 6 months now since the stoppage of add-on services. Our kvCORE dashboard shows that there are no cards on file and that we are no longer subscribed to the add-on services they’re charging us for. We’ve disputed every charge with our bank (who is aware of this situation), the charges keep accumulating.Attempts to reach out to IRE have proven fruitless, hence this review: we’ve called the phone number they’ve asked us to call, emailed the email address they told us to use, scheduled a chat using their online scheduler, and used their support chat (which does not send a receipt of their communication despite promises otherwise), only to be put on the same cycle again. The testimonial rating is primarily a reflection of dealing with IRE regarding kvCORE’s add-on features, but in case you’re considering using one of the kvCORE add-ons: Customer service and sales wasn’t responsive or terribly helpful leading into the subscription process which should’ve been a red flag. They promised to help facilitate things that never got done and didn’t communicate when they ran into road blocks. The add-on services didn’t help our business, but your mileage may vary depending on your usage and business practices. However, there are plenty of other cheaper options that do the same things better. I was hoping that having a single integrated system would justify the difference, but the UI/UX wasn’t streamlined or customizable enough to be worth it.All-in-all, kvCORE’s offerings offer a great sales pitch to brokers hoping to recruit agents: on the surface, everything looks like the ultimate real estate CRM, broker management tool, and lead generation engine, and they are so many potentially-promising options, it’s easy to buy-in (we certainly did). However, the internal workings are extremely clunky, unintuitive, and unreliable. My business partner and I have backgrounds in app and software development, and we’ve worked with many other real estate CRMs in the past and were hired as testers for a very large brokerage’s CRM that was in development at the time. We can confidently say that this is not about user-error, an inability to look-up support logs/FAQs/online tutorials/etc, or a complaint about the service not providing satisfactory results. This is about one business abruptly ceasing to provide a service that their client business has paid for while continuing to fraudulently charge for said services. This is about that same business refusing to do what they promise and refusing further communications from their client. If you’re a real estate agent or lender, I would recommend allocating your hard-earned expenses elsewhere.
