Brilliant service from start to finish! I only ordered a teensy one for cloakroom window, but they were wonderful & cared as much about my small order as any. Arrived earlier than scheduled, on Friday & I got round to fitting today. Took me 10 mins as a 73-year old with dodgy balance & arthritis in hands. So fitter person would be much faster. It looks fantastic! I'm so happy I'm going to start saving to have them on ALL my windows! Thank you so much, Phillip for the great, friendly customer service & the perfect shutter! They were securely packaged, and the quality is outstanding. While not the cheapest option, the pricing is very competitive. Installation was straightforward after watching the video tutorial. The customer service was exceptional and maintained communication throughout. Overall, a fantastic experience. I'm genuinely impressed, which is rare for me.

I discovered the service on social media. The representative was fantastic from start to finish. Two of the four shutters I ordered didn’t fit due to my measurements. I had opted for insurance, and after sending the new measurements, the shutters were reordered. They arrived, but one was damaged in transit. I sent a photo and a message, and the representative responded quickly with sincere apologies. One shutter was reordered and delivered in just three days. I'm thrilled with the shutters and the service.

I’ve wanted shutters for a long time, but I was worried about measuring incorrectly. The representative guided me through every step, and even when I mistakenly ordered the wrong brackets, he managed it with excellent communication and I received the correct ones very quickly. Great service!
