I have an 10k Instant Funded Micro Account and today I placed a trade and set a sl of 25 pips with 0.2 lot which is around $50 risk and 0.5% of $10k and after sometimes I got an email that my account has been breached and reason from there side was that I have violated there 1% rule but I have whole record that I didn’t violated any rules of their firm and I always risk 0.5% in my every trade. I even tried to contact their support but Support hasn’t responded yet, and it has already been 9 hours.My ticket no - 224370My account number - 8047562And my trade order no - 23820484
I have an issue I have purchase a account of If micro 10000$ mistakenly purchase an account with same contract sign.. whenever I have a account with same sign.. i requesting for change the gmail or change the contract sign but issue is not resolving please help for this issue..I have 2 account with diffrent gmail but kyc only one I know it's my mistake but you can do resolve this normal issue please please I humble reqst for this issue
