Instant funding closed my account and alleged that i have violated the 1 % risk rule in 3 xau usd trades despite i explained to them that one of the Entry 4063 and stoplose4050 and and the Other 2 trades Entry about 4050 and Stop lose 4043 and different time frame but they ignored this and do not have ansewr except sending me copy _paste mail of violation the 1%risk rule without explanation, they scammed me, ido not recommend them to any trader, take care
I’ve been very disappointed with Instant Funding lately. I’ve contacted support several times regarding two serious issues — one trade was closed even though *it never hit my stop loss*, and another experienced *over $50 in slippage*. Despite multiple messages, I haven’t received any clear proof, proper explanation, or resolution.On top of that, *95% of the trades I’ve taken have had unusually large slippage and wide spreads*, which makes it extremely difficult to manage risk effectively. I understand some slippage is normal, especially during volatile periods, but this has become a consistent problem.Traders need to trust that their executions are fair — and right now, that trust is missing. I hope Instant Funding takes these complaints seriously and improves both support and trade execution. Until then, I would advise others to be cautious. Not a very pleasant trading experience so far
This Propfirm is a totally scam they dont want anyone to get payout and whenever you ask for a payout they deny it for no reason. They will come up to you like you voilated this rule but in reality you didnt and their spreads are very high like if gold is on 4000 and you open a position then you position will open in 4004 and if have chosen raw spread account then your position will go on profit when market moves to 4007 or 8. Your trade will not go to profit until market moves to 4007 or 8 even if your position is opened on 4004. I emailed them about it and they say its because of high votality and they never listen to you if you show them live prove they will still say noo you are wrong. Please dont buy from this Scammer Propfirm and they also changes their rules everyday like when they see that most of traders are asking for payout they change loss limit rule to 1% risk per trade and then they go and denies the payouts like you breached our rule of 1% which they changed it today. I used my whole saving and bought their IF micro 200k account and when i reached payout they changed their rule which made my account breached

They contacted me via email, saying they were willing to reopen the account on the condition that I change the message and give a review. I agreed, but on the condition that they give me a larger account. They agreed immediately and did indeed give me a larger account. While trading, I found the following:1. They will do anything to avoid paying you when you make a profit.In the end, they closed the last account as well, for illogical reasons. Please think carefully before buying any funded or instant account.Personally, I will not deal with this company again.

the spreads are bigger than burj khalifa . and on spread check account they show fake zero spreads and if you ask the support to change the account to raw spreads but they declined didn’t listen to me the account was at breakeven but still they declined and i just pressed a wrong button on my instant funded account and they rejected my payout . they are a bunch of crooks .
