Burns clean, dry seasoned wood and hot. Next day delivery is a dream and the driver was helpful. Customer service team was a delight when I had a question. This is my go to company for logs.

Easy to order on line and excellent next day delivery. Good mixed hardwood selection. Large size variation of logs with unfortunately a few too large for my log burner (possibly my fault at time of ordering). Overall would buy again especially for the prompt delivery.
Delivery driver great . I was in the loft and my wife drying her hair. Missed the driver but when I called he came back. However I was looking at the text delivery tracker said item was still in depot, so wasn’t expecting delivery until in transit. Logs were quite a bit longer this time around, good job I’ve got a wide burner it they wouldn’t have fitted. In short still 4/5
