An incredibly disappointing experience. They are courteous before payment, but once the money is received, they disappear—no assistance, no responsibility, nothing. Entirely focused on profits and feels downright deceptive. If I could give 0 stars, I would, as that’s what they truly deserve. Avoid them, don’t make any payments, or you’ll end up regretting it just like I have.
