interpals have suspended my 14 years old account suddenly without any reason. have lost photo albums of my world tour, 40 countries. I have written many emails requestingt to give my account back for all those thousand pictures that i will never have. but interpals never have replied. I have lost all those photos, friends and 14 years memories. Such a trash and irresponsible site!!
It seems the platform is okay with scammers and fake accounts, yet they continue to delete real accounts without any notice or valid reason (mine has been deleted for the fifth time). In light of the many complaints with no resolution, I've chosen to consult my lawyer and am reaching out to a consumer protection association. It's clear that we're being taken for granted; we'll see how this unfolds.
This is by far the worst app I've ever used. The management seems either inattentive or misguided. Older users comment inappropriately on minors, allow unacceptable content, and ban accounts that voice opinions about the app. There's nothing redeeming about it. My suggestion: uninstall this app and prioritize your safety. Consider using another platform and take a break from this nonsense.
I had been a member for many years and met some great people. However, about six years ago, the platform became overwhelmed with obvious fakes and scammers. This made it a challenge to sift through numerous profiles to find any that seemed genuine. After taking a break for a few months, I returned only to discover that the situation had worsened, as the system has enabled scammers to create more convincing profiles. After a week of searching for a real connection, my account was suspended for what they deemed suspicious activity. It seems that actually seeking a legitimate contact is not permitted by their AI security system. I’m not inclined to attempt to regain access, as the platform is rapidly heading towards a state where the membership will consist entirely of bots and scammers trying to exploit one another.
This app is incredibly frustrating to use. It appears that those in charge are either neglectful or misinformed. There are older users commenting inappropriately on minors, and there's a lot of inappropriate content, with accounts getting banned for simply sharing their feedback. There’s nothing positive to say about it. I recommend uninstalling this app for your safety and consider alternatives for language exchange to avoid this hassle.

Continuously deteriorating experience... I had hopes for this platform... Some users are scammers (I had to block accounts from certain regions), and there are instances where individuals misrepresent themselves while promoting online trading, despite my profile stating it’s not allowed. Users from the West, especially women, often ignore Eastern European accounts. I was blocked while trying to practice a language. I'm considering deleting my account. Additionally, the browser version feels outdated and cumbersome. I recommend avoiding it as much as possible.
Warning: this site is a complete disaster. It's filled with fake profiles, bots, and scammers who use stolen images and generic profiles. When you report violations or attempts to steal your information, the moderators may suspend your account instead.
