Anyone considering travelling on Interrail without support from InterRailingPackages should consider how they would cope with the partial last minute cancellation of a sleeper train. It happened to us, plus other train delays. and the company were always there to provide helpful 24 hour support. Great service right from the planning through to the trip itself, which was relaxed and so enjoyable as a result
I took my daughter on a whirlwind trip through Europe for her 16th birthday and booked all our hotels and Eurail with Interrailing Packages. Let me just say that they didn’t just plan our journey; they emotionally supported it.Barcelona was magical… until we missed our first train. I panicked, paid 300€, and had a full internal meltdown before remembering: wait, I literally hired professionals for moments like this. Once I reached out, everything fell right back into place.Marseille was our second stop, a city you can’t get lost in (though we tried) and absolutely stunning. We wandered beautiful streets, indulged in fantastic food, shopped, and lived our best baguette-filled lives. But leaving for the next city, a boarding issue had me teetering on the brink of “ugly” crying at the station. Interrailing’s support was like a travel-savvy fairy godmother. It wasn’t just help, it was emotional CPR. Honestly, their response felt like a warm hug and a reassuring hand on my shoulder.Lyon brought peace. It was the much-needed pause in the middle of our fast-track trip: calm, scenic, and flavorful. As someone from Louisiana, having andouille in the city that birthed it felt spiritual. Culinary awe was real, and Lyon instantly became one of my most special stops.Basel was so safe and polished that I dubbed it the “Japan of Europe.” It was calm, intentional, and spotless. We felt secure, welcomed, and completely charmed by the city's history, architecture, and riverside beauty.And Paris? Paris felt like the older, artsier sister of New Orleans, you know, the one who reads poetry, wears silk scarves, and somehow has time for espresso and existentialism. We ate, wandered, admired the architecture, and fully embraced our hilarious National Lampoon’s European Vacation moment — just with fewer car crashes, more train drama, and one teenager repeatedly asking, “Are we seriously walking again?” every 20 minutes.Interrailing Packages made everything feel less stressful. The hotels were well-chosen. Their Eurail support? Lifesaving. Once I remembered I had a team behind me, the whole trip became so much more enjoyable.Would I book with them again? Already planning the next trip.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is our second trip organised through Interrail Packages and it won’t be our last. The support through the booking process was exceptional and most importantly to us, flexible. The rail schedule and accommodation options were spot on! I can thoroughly recommend Interrailpackaging to anybody and everybody!
The journeys were all arranged smoothly and everything went off well. We hadn't been sent one of the seat reservations but the confirmation was on the email and this was accepted as a back up by the rail staff without fuss. The timings were perfect and I would certainly recommend it as a way to travel. Just make the journey part of the holiday and relax. We travelled from our little Shropshire home station to Paris in time for lunch! The 2 hotels booked in Paris and Lille were perfect, one old fashioned and very Parisian the other modern and set right in the heart of Lille 2 minutes from both main stations. Couldn't have been better - moules mariniere for lunch and home in Shropshire for supper.
My most recent visit to Europe was everything I imagined it could be and it went flawlessly because the InterrRailing team executed everything to my exact desires. It was the best trip. I hope to do another one with the same great team.
Had a trip booked over to England for 4 weeks and knew we wanted to travel Europe for 2 of those weeks but didn’t know how to go about it or where to start. The guys at interrail packages took care of everything and made it super easy. We chose the ‘city slickers’ package and it sure did deliver. They made everything super easy to navigate and provided all relevant information and documents to make the trip hassle free. If you feel like you are in the same boat as me and haven’t got a clue exactly where you want to travel I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Planning seemed a bit poor. For example, one train arrived early evening for a one night stop leaving no time for sight seeing. We then asked to change train which cost us money. Actual trains changed from the original timetable we were shown and these changes were not highlighted or discussed with us. One hotel (Zaragoza) was dirty/ not so good. Positives - all other hotels were good and train connections worked very well. Booking of sights, especially Alhambra, needed booking well in advance- this should be advised. The booking agents, recommended by you, were poor and changed our time from 9am to 9pm for part of the booking and for the other part to 9 am next day (which we couldn’t do due to onward travel). They notified us of these changes at 2:30am on the morning of our visit. This was appalling (they eventually refunded half the cost).
