When I first heard about DentKits, I wasn't sure if it could really work. But after trying it, I was amazed. The impression kit was easy, customer service walked me through my question, and the finished product fit better than the denture I got from a local clinic years ago.
My full dentures came from DentKIts last two months and they look great. I got to attend my cousin's wedding with them and everyone complimented my smile and look. I had to do some adjusting myself but not everything can be perfect. Thank you once again.
Ordered an upper denture duplicate in early june. Dentkits had my design on file from a previous order, so they shipped it within five days. Peace of mind if i ever lose my main one again. Alex was quick to respond when i had tracking questions
I wanted a duplicate of my current full dentures as a backup. I was super worried about sending in my denture to be scanned. But it all worked out well. Didn't get lost in the mail and they did an exact duplicate only way better looking. Would recommend them.
If I could leave no stars I would. Customer Service- terrible, all but non existent.The process is so slow and it's been almost two months and I still have nothing to show for it. I finally received my try ins today and they look like a joke. They're completely unusable. They sent me the try ins with a new bite impression tray and EVEN EMAILED ME - after a week of not responding, to let me know that they probably wouldn't be what I was looking for before they sent them, which makes no sense to me because if you already know these are going to be crap, why send them? I'm waiting to hear back on what to do now, because I need new teeth, but after the terrible customer service and the time I've already wasted with these people, just for some crap I can't use.... And why they should even send me something that they already knew was bad? They obviously have no idea what they're doing. I'm don't see how ANY dentist could sign off on a prescription for the try ins that I just received.. I look like something out of the hills have eyes and not even humanlike.... And I've waited TWO MONTHS for this let down of a product.... Unbelievable. It's say I've wasted two months and over a thousand dollars on this ... Some piss poor customer service and a company that's too cheap to overnight or even two day the materials.... The transit time is FIVE DAYS each way. And their responses are about the same trying l turn time. Let's hope they can get their heads on straight for the remainder of this experience.... I'll update my review as needed moving forward.
Back in April, I Ordered a full set of upper and lower dentures from Dentkits. The kit arrived quickly and i sent my impressions the same week. Alex emailed me saying my upper impression needed to be redone for better accuracy, which i appreciated. They sent another set of material at no cost. A few weeks later, I got my try-in dentures and was amazed at how good they looked. I had to do two more adjustments to the bite but the final set fits even better than my old ones from the dentist.
I ordered my full upper dentures from Dentkits back early May and received my impression Kit within three days. I was nervous about doing the impressions myself but Alex had a zoom with me and walk me through it step by step. They even sent me a try in Denture first to check the fit and look before finalising it. I finally have teeth that look natural and feel comfortable. Thank you Dentkits
