I'm happy with my purchasing experience.
The buds themselves are allowing me to hear conversations I previously couldn't, however, there is a distinct lack of bass which makes everyone's voice sound quite tinny. At this price I guess concessions had to be made but if that gets addressed and an app with an equaliser can be paired with the buds to personalize what you hear, for me they would be a game changer

Takes a few weeks for delivery they should warn you.

There was no problem setting them up to my hearing but one whistles a lot but that is probably my fault untill I get used to them.

I love my new hearing aids!

I love my new hearing aids, I can hear the birds dawn chorus, which I hadn’t heard for years! I watch tv without subtitles and I haven’t had to ask for people to repeat a sentence. It is wonderful ! So glad I bought these 💋

Is this really a UK based company?

This is clearly a business that profers more thzn it actually lives up to. Offering satisfaction or the ability to return yhe product for a 100% refund hassle free within 60 days of receiving ones order. The real world is experience is that they are willing to accept returns subject to a £35 charge, plus the buyer paying return postage to China.Getting the return address is like jumping through hoops with increasing offers of percentage refunds if one will keep the items.Ask yourself why a UK family business is not willing to provide their contact details.My advice from thix experience is steer clear.
