My 92 year old father in law purchased these hearing aids, somehow… he managed to order and pay for three pairs… two were refused delivery on (still waiting on a refund) and one pair were totally unsuitable for him, way too fiddly. Plus you needed a screwdriver to adjust volume etc. trying to get the address from ipure has been impossible, plus… even though their own website (and the fake Facebook ad, with even more fake reviews!) says 100% money back guarantee, they want to charge him £35 to return, not that they have or will give their return address as I said! All I keep getting is emails saying “keep the aids, and we will refund you 25/30/35/40% of the price”. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company at all. It is a Chinese company trying to give the impression that it is a UK company.AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Just trying them for the first time today.So far so good.I did adjust them to get the correct level and this is easy to do.No background noise that is a plus.I see no reason why they would not be ideal for me.I will know better in different social situations.Fingers crossed!!
The delivery was first class, The hearing aids were exactly as described and were up and running in two minutes - it took a few minutes fine adjusting because of whistling/feed-back but that's worthwhile. Now been using them for a week and I can say I've been able to turn the TV down a lot and can hear everything more clearly. Thanks a lot!!
