I wish zero stars was possible... I am severely scammed! I ordered a dress three weeks before an important event, expecting delivery in 6-9 working days. It still hasn't arrived nearly a month later. I emailed for an update just before the event and was told to appreciate their busy schedule. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, but they claimed that wasn't possible under their 'cancellation policy.' I tried to follow up, but my email was blocked. It's a joke of a company!
Extremely poor service—this is not even worth one star, but that’s the only choice! I ordered on June 25 and received my items on July 17. I contacted customer service to cancel and refund my order as it arrived too late to use. They showed no interest and said it wasn't their problem.
