Perfection Every Time—I have used Ischia Review a few times for transfers, and their service has been outstanding and made our travel stress-free! Every step of the way was smooth and easy. All of their staff are friendly and helpful. On the website and through email they were very responsive and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to trust them for a transfer, boat excursion, tour, etc. I highly recommend their services! Plus their website is great for planning your trip.
Was quoted 90 eur for transfer from Naples to Ischia, but was charged 150. When I complained I was told the 60eur would be refunded on the return leg. Foolishly I booked that, in the hope of recovering the lost money. Only to be charged 150 again. So what should have cost me 180 eur return, ended up costing 300. Will not use this company again
We have used Ischia Review to arrange our transfers to Ischia for the last three or four summers and every time the service has been impeccable. We used to make our own transfer arrangements but getting from Naples airport to the docks and from Ischia ferry port to the resort can be a frustrating and tiring experience. It's worth paying a little extra for pre-arranged pick up/drop off because it takes a lot of the stress out of getting to the island. Highly recommended.
My parents were traveling to Italy for a wedding and were totally clueless on the best way to get around the city as well as from the airport. They also had to travel to the island of ischia which they were intimidated to say the least on what was the best way to book their ferry tticket. They had reached out to other travel agents prior and they were so expensive, so confusing, and everything was an add in feeFinding Dion and his company was a total lifesaver. He's knowledgeable, prompt in responding to your email and took all the guess work out of transfers. He gets to the point of what you need, sends detailed emails on what to expect when you land. It made my parents feel totally comfortable and taken care of. I know if we ever return to Italy he and his company are full service and able to accommodate my transportation requests. I used Ischia review transportation services to and from Ischia on my trip this past September. They were so wonderful, I had missed a flight and they were able to accommodate me and get me booked on the following day. The driver show up with a very comfortable air-conditioned vehicle, took me straight to the ferry dock, bought my ticket, and showed me where to board my ferry. He also took care of my luggage during that time. When the ferry arrived in Ischia, there was someone there with my name on a placard to take me straight to my hotel. Upon my return, they picked me up at my hotel and bought my ferry ticket to Naples for me. And then in Naples, they picked me up at the Naples dock and took me straight to the airport. I couldn’t have asked it easier and better process. It is 1000% worth it to use this service and not have to think about transportation options and know that you don’t have to look for a taxi bus and Uber, but there will be someone waiting for you. I was also able to contact their support and they were very responsive when I missed my flight and was not gonna be able to get to the Naples ferry dock the night of my arrival. I couldn’t have asked for an easier or better process. Book with them and make the beginning and end of your trip to Ischia smooth and worry-free because of this service!
Excellent communication beforehand and throughout - we were sent a detailed itinerary with timings for both the outbound and inbound journey, everything was kept to 100%.We were greeted at Naples airport, driven to the port, ferry tickets purchased for us, and met on the other side by another driver. And the reverse on the return leg. Everything was seamless and stress-free. It was our first time using this type of service and I'd highly recommend it, we'll definitely be using again when we return to Ischia.
The taxis were punctual and arrived at the correct address. The drivers were friendly and very good drivers. I used Ischia Review for the second time for my Ischia transfers, and the service was excellent both times. I can throughly recommend Dion and his team.
We rented a chartered boat and it was the highlight of our trip to Ischia! Our skipper Dario was so nice and knowledgable. We had a few ideas of places we wanted to see, but he gave us a lot of great options and took to us beautiful swimming spots and one of the best lunches we had on the island. Everything exceeded expectations and was so wonderful.
