I bought a U7 Ebike off Amazon from ISINWHEEL. It arrived broken and after trying to communicate with them for weeks (obviously trying to see if I would just move on without a fight) I finally got an okay - only in words - to take it to a local shop to get fixed. I did just that - the back tire came flat and would not keep air - it needed a new tube and the stearing bar that goes into the frame would not stay tightened due to the gears in the actual frame needing adjustment. My bill came to $86.56. As I was riding it for the first time of having it for almost a full month - I came to find out that the screen and motor where not communicating and it almost threw me into a CHILD on the path. The only reason I even got a refund for the bike is because Amazon supported me. They also covered my S&H back which I am grateful I didn't trust ISINWHEEL for - as now that the bike that never worked in the first place - is in their hands they are telling me they will not refund me for the almost $100 because the bike is still broken. Yes, it is. But how is that MY FAULT? THE BIKE CAME BROKEN IN ATLEAST THREE WAYS THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ME.

My true thought - do yourself a favor and just stay away from ISINWHEEL all together. It is not worth it and they are not an honest company.

Frustrating experience with defective product and poor support

I ordered four scooters during the holiday season, including an S9 and an S4. Everything seemed fine upon arrival, except for the purple S4, which wouldn't work or even turn on. Since these were Christmas gifts, I quickly ordered an additional S7, planning to return the defective one. However, the customer service was unhelpful, repeatedly stating that returns weren't possible, despite the website indicating that defective items could be returned. After examining the scooter further, we found that the wiring harness from the handlebar to the frame was frayed. When I requested a replacement wiring harness, they refused and suggested I solder it myself. This was incredibly frustrating; I don't have a soldering tool, and it's not my responsibility to fix a faulty product. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing.

Excellent experience with my new electric scooter

I purchased an electric scooter and it arrived within a week, despite a holiday delay. After watching several reviews online, I decided to go for it, and I've already covered 500 miles without any flat tires. I've used it in extreme weather conditions, from 100 degrees to 20 degrees below zero, and it has performed well even in the cold. I stored it in a connected garage at about 25 degrees, which caused a slight power drop, limiting my speed to 26 mph, but that was still sufficient for the cold weather. Their customer service has been outstanding, even helping me on Christmas Eve with an issue related to the lights, and they are sending replacements. The lights flicker, but the main headlight remains functional. I highly recommend this product; it's hard to find anything else that offers 38 mph with such features.

The support team provided outstanding assistance. My son's scooter had a malfunction, and after several emails, they responded promptly. Once it was clear their initial suggestion wasn't effective, they sent a new part that resolved the issue. The scooter is now back in action and running perfectly.

Honestly the best experience with an…

Honestly the best experience with an electric bike the shipping was amazing got it in less than 3 days everything well packed and nothing damaged. Bought the u7 cargo bike on March and till now absolutely no issues runs smooth holds everything I carry with myself even though I'm a big person. Also have recommended isinwheel e bike to so many of my friend and they actually got bikes from isinwheel after test driving my u7 cargo bike, it's so much fun. Finally the support I got regarding my lost battery keys which was my fault was so easy and fast called support number and told me to email support and was going to get a response within 24 hours and got a response within 2 to 3 HOURS that's is amazing so Thank you for the ebike and the help support for my problems. :)
