The sole of one of my Nike shoes came loose after just a few months (while the other shoe remained perfectly fine). When I asked Courir to help me contact Nike about the issue, they ignored my first emails and later told me it was my own fault. They refused to assist in any way, citing their general terms and conditions, which makes no sense in this situation. Save yourself the trouble and buy directly from Nike or another reputable retailer.
I contacted Courir’s customer service because my shipment was stuck in the same status “out for delivery” for 5 consecutive days with no changes. This was causing me problems because, theoretically, that would mean that It was delivered that very same day. I wrote them asking them to clarify it.Instead of addressing my concern, I first received an irrelevant reply with the tracking link I already had. When I followed up, their delayed response only came over 5 days later after I wrote and, by then, the package had already been delivered to me. Shockingly, instead of apologizing for the delays or for the incorrectly handled case, they threaten me with legal actions, arguing that I was trying to scam them with a fraudulent claim.In short: • My inquiry was ignored and not properly handled. • Responses were delayed and unhelpful. • I was wrongly threatened with legal action instead of being assisted.This approach is unacceptable for customer service.
I must say, they need work on their Web page as it scared me sh!tless, I got the shoes after 2 weeks. They sent me 3 emails and I am happy about it. They are new of course. No problems. Hope everyone has the same experience from them. Good luck.

The tracking status claims the delivery failed due to an “incorrect address,” but I verified multiple times: the address I provided was accurate and complete.I contacted the courier, who directed me back to Courir. I’ve tried to contact Courir several times… no reply at all. No email response, no phone support, no solution. Just silence.To make matters worse, Courir offers no customer service in English — not by phone, not by email, not on the website. This is unacceptable for a company that operates online across borders and accepts international orders. If you don't speak French, you're completely abandoned.This isn’t just bad service — it’s negligent and disrespectful to paying customers. I lost my money, received nothing, and was left without any support.Avoid Courir at all costs. It’s not worth the risk. If anything goes wrong, you’re on your own — and apparently, only in French.
