I ordered a sauna that was supposed to be shipped in 3-5 days, but when I called for an update, I was informed that it would actually be delayed by at least 4 weeks. I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. Although I received an email stating that my refund was processed, it has been 2 weeks and I have yet to see the money returned. This feels like a scam. I'm now involving my bank to resolve the issue. Additionally, their physical address turns out to be a residence. Avoid this situation!
I purchased a sauna with a promised lead time of two weeks, but later received an email stating it would now take 5-6 weeks. I attempted to cancel my order but received no response via email, phone, or text from the representative. I had to contact my bank to request a refund. Now, other companies have ended their Black Friday sales. I recommend avoiding this seller.
