I enrolled in a program with ISSA and decided to withdraw within the first week after realizing it wasn’t the right fit for me. Unfortunately, I was told that according to their policy, I am still required to continue paying for the full program - even though I am not studying and not using any of their services.

I understand that companies have contracts, but a policy that makes it nearly impossible to cancel shortly after enrolling feels unreasonable and unfair. Life circumstances change, and people should have a realistic option to step away without being locked into long-term payments for something they are not using.

What’s most disappointing is that this experience has discouraged me from trying new educational programs in the future. Instead of feeling supported, I feel trapped by fine print and rigid policies.

If you are considering enrolling, make absolutely sure you are 100% certain before signing up. Read every detail of the contract carefully and understand that changing your mind may not be an option.

Education should feel empowering - not financially punishing.

Top tier!

Top tier!! As someone who has been a trainer for 15+ years through other programs this was definitely a God send. Thank you so much. As a mom this CPT class was absolutely everything I could've asked for!! I was able to study at my own pace, and considering im an awful test taker I was totally comfortable while taking the test because I was able to take plenty of notes on my own!! Thank you.

I have 4-5 certs from ISSA

I have 4-5 certs from ISSA. Excellent. There does seem to be things missed. I have spoken to quite a few different reps. Rarely personalized. I think a stable group od reps wouldbe to your advantage. I like the info alot. Just feel a bit lost in the shuffle of new people.
