I had a frustrating experience with customer support. After seeing an addon on a friend's PC, I tried to purchase it for myself. Unfortunately, I mistakenly bought it on my friend's account. I submitted a ticket from both accounts and received a quick response, but they refused to issue a refund since it was on an account with a similar product already downloaded. This was not the case, and their insistence on purchasing the more expensive version for a refund is disappointing. I won't be buying anything from this company again.
