Scam company and product the website is set up so you end up ordering more than you need. Tried to cancel order within 10 minutes told not possible as already despatched. Sent approx 30 emails asking for refund and return address, they replied offering money off 25%, 50% and 75% discount. Eventually received return address which appeared to be a distributer in Dunstable, but they gave me no paperwork to return. I persisted in getting a refund which I did eventually receive. Tested the product it is not GPS and does not work with Bluetooth. So only worth keeping the batteries and then throwing the tags away. Please avoid at all cost, it appears there is also a fake review page that comes up so beware.
Do not purchase these as they do not function in any way which they are advertised. The return policy is a complete lie. The product is absolutely not what is advertised. This is a complete lie and a scam. Do yourself a favour and buy a reputable product and not ITAG pro. They only work on Bluetooth. Don’t connect with apple Find my device.
Purchased this product as it is portrayed as the best. It’s the worst product ever. I purchased for my dogs, if they ever got out I could find them. The product is of poor quality ( actually fell to bits one of them), they don’t track.I’ve since bought 3 Maytag’s which are awesome so of good quality and oh and work. You can also buy a holder for the tag that fits around the dogs collar, which is also of good quality.Oh I forgot to mention it is cheaper too.
