Scam, a crappy Bluetooth tracker with limited coverage.
Cancelled the order an hour after paying. They refused to refund and shipped anyway. Now dealing with automated messages again and again as they try to get out of refunding. Avoid!
Unfortunately I did not purchase this item through PayPal and therefore can not get a refund as their emails are bouncing back. I swear I researched them and it all looked good. What a Scam. Throw your money in the bin as it would be the same as purchasing this product. I wish there was better cover for purchasing scam products.
I attempted to cancel my order right after placing it, but was informed that it wasn't possible. Although the items arrived quickly, we are unable to locate an app on either Android or iPhone. Now, we need to return the items and seek a refund.
Complete scam. They managed to duplicate my order, even after using the payment platform. I paid for express shipping, but it never arrived. The device is poor quality—the app barely functions, and the Bluetooth range is very limited. The payment service should not associate with this seller! Just avoid this product!

This is a scam... the product is not as advertised. No app named 'iTag Pro' can be found in any app store, and the available app does not function as described. I attempted to cancel my order within an hour, but the operator claimed they would send the request to sales, and the order was not cancelled. When the device arrived, it wouldn't work even when close to my phone. TOTAL SCAM.
I thought I was ordering two tags for around £36, but the bill came to over £90. I've been trying to cancel the order, but I've just learned that it has already been shipped. I have blocked the payment as I did not authorize this amount, and I am very unhappy.
