I am extremely disappointed with my order (a backpack). This bag was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and has brought me nothing but headaches and wasted time: my initial backpack had the bottom split open after three weeks of use, which customer service ruled as "a defect". I was hopeful and glad when I was sent a replacement bag; only for the item to split open in the exact same spot, except it lasted a mere two weeks this time. This item cost a staggering €98, despite being absolutely unfit for any kind of frequent use. Consider it an object to be displayed, stay away if you are looking for a reliable "daily companion", as the backpack is advertised...this was a splurge, for a student such as me, that I will not repeat.
I recognize that this is a hectic time of year, even post-holiday, but it's quite odd that I can't reach customer service. I encountered a problem with a package intended as a holiday gift. When I attempted to get in touch, I only received an automated response and then silence. Every time I call the customer service number, I hear a message saying "no representatives are available," and after leaving a message, I never receive a callback. It has been nearly a month with no updates, aside from the automatic promotional emails. EDIT: Shortly after posting this, I discovered an email from customer service dated January 7, indicating that my missing item was being resent, which I had overlooked in my previous email review. I also received another email today assuring me that a thorough inquiry into the matter is underway. While I still don't have a definitive confirmation that my order will be fulfilled, it’s a step in the right direction.
It took several weeks for the order to arrive. I received a notice that a 'shipping label was created,' but it wasn't shipped for another week. When the package finally arrived, I got a ring instead of the bracelet I had ordered. I reached out to the support team four days ago but have yet to hear back regarding the return and replacement process.
Horrible customer support; I've left two messages on the voicemail, but it rings twice and goes directly to the answering machine. I've also emailed twice regarding my missing order and received no response. I'm beginning to suspect this website might be a scam! Please steer clear. My order status indicates it's on the way, but the tracking showed it outside someone else's house last week, which isn't mine!
I paid for expedited shipping. Ordered on Thursday, but the package seems to have been dispatched on Monday. It still didn't arrive on Tuesday. As of Wednesday, the package is still in transit. What's the point of paying extra for next day delivery if it takes almost a week? Very frustrating.
