If I could give zero stars, I would. I wanted to buy a tag for my daughter's car keys, and this site appeared to be the best option when I searched online. The site was confusing, with offers that seemed too good to be true. After adding one to my basket and selecting PayPal as my payment method, I was charged for multiple items without my consent, totaling £133! I tried to contact them within 10 minutes, but I was told it had already been packed. After researching, I found numerous negative reviews. I attempted to cancel but received the same response. Fortunately, I was able to dispute the charge through my payment service and received a refund. Their website is intentionally misleading, and their practices are unethical. STAY AWAY!
I cannot recommend this service as I was unable to complete the purchase of two items without being forced to buy four more. When trying to get support, I couldn't connect. Since then, I've been bombarded with unwanted emails. The order app was unresponsive and appeared in a foreign language. A complete waste of money and clearly a scam.
This is a complete scam. I ordered and cancelled within 10 minutes, yet the support claimed it was already packed and ready for shipping. I was misled by a fake review site, and the website has fake 5-star reviews. Upon checking other reviews later, I found out that the product is low quality and dysfunctional. I will attempt to return it within 30 days, but I feel I was scammed out of 150 euros. Luckily, I paid with a credit card, so I will try to reclaim my money through my bank if necessary. Scammers are operating freely in the EU.
Total junk: Not functional. Don't trust this company. They tried to negotiate a refund, starting at 20%, then 30%, and finally 50%. I returned the item but still haven't received a refund. They claim they haven't received it back, despite proof from the delivery service. The payment service has been unhelpful. They say the description fits their tracker. I will cancel my payment service because they seem only interested in sales, not refunds!
If I could give it zero stars I would have. It’s an absolute pile of £45 rubbish. It won’t even pair to my iPhone. It has got a real cheap appearance and feel and not worth the money. From reading other reviews I now see it only operates over Bluetooth so the range is extremely limited. Don’t bother trying to contact customer services as I don’t think they exist.
DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! Complete and total scam! They sent me a spam bomb when writing to “Victor” I wish I had got a real review! They used an impressive (obviously AI generated) review that sucked me in hook, line, and sinker! I also purchased 4; I don’t think I’ll get my money back; the dude (whoever) writing back is full of it and hasn’t done anything towards that end: returns and refund. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!
Itagpro is garbage and scam. Do not fall for it like I did. Got 4 and none of them works with apple or android. Wanted a full refund and all they did was offer me a percentage of what I paid. I ended up with 75 % of my order. Customer service is BS. ASKED FOR HELP AND NO ONE CONTACTED ME. Do fall for this shitty product. They didn’t even wanted the product back. Keep them and will refund you 75 percent of you purchase they said. That right there tells me it’s scam and shitty product. AGAIN DO NOT PURCHASE ITAGPRO.😡😡😡
It’s a scam . There is no app to attach them to . The one they give initially is in mandarin . Then one that doesn’t exist. They don’t work . Customer support is just automated emails. Refund process offered is so difficult as to make it pointless - or they offer to just refund you 25% there and then . How these things appear in BestBuy comparison sites I’m not sure .
