Having become Comptia A+ certified i was struggling to find jobs that i could apply for to kickstart my career in IT. However through the help of Jasmine at IT Career Switch i was able to apply for many jobs and in less than a month i have already become employed!
For anyone thinking of making the switch into the IT field, I would highly recommend this pathway through IT career switch. The traineeship courses and live labs aswell as the A+ certification give you a well rounded knowledge base and help you get the interviews needed to get into the field. Plus all the recruitment help in sourcing good jobs in your area and interview help, gives you good confidence to landing that role. It does cost a lot more than doing the certification yourself but the complete traineeship and help you receive makes it worth it over going at it on your own in an honest opinion. Happy to say I’m now in an IT role I’m enjoying because of it after starting the traineeship just over a year ago 👍
I purchased, and formally recieved the Traineeship details on the 3rd of March were I was given the usual login details needed to make a start on the course. At that 'starter' stage, I had some questions in relation to the next steps on the course-- in particular, what would be expected of me once I had sucessfully passed, the initial Health and Safety Training provided by IT Career Switch. I'm pleased to note that despite, having emailed a member staff on the same day, (in this case a staff member by the name of Beverley), I recieved a response that very same day! What especially impressed me in relation to this query was the succinctness of how the question was answered, with tables, times and even a breakdown of the different components to said examination! Turns out it is an open book exam!I'm pleased to say, that at the time of writing, I have just finished the first of many such qualifications that I hope will kickstart my career! I'm not entirely sure precisely where the end placement or role will be, but based upon the initial interactions that I have had with IT Career Switch, I would be pleased to recoomend them to friends and family alike!

Enrolled in the Network Engineering programme and have completed my CCNA through IT Career Switch, soon to start studying for CCNP. The course materials are generally high standard and the internal assessments and other study materials were useful in preparing for my exam. I appreciate they provide a good learning structure and I would recommend this service to someone looking to start a career in IT.
I started the program in March 2025 and I was assigned a tutor named Stanley. In our interactions, I found him to be a very helpful and clear communicator. Overall, the majority of the content is easy enough to understand and implement but Stanley is brilliant at explaining things when required.I'll update this review upon completion of the program.
