I have been using this site to purchase Monopoly Go tickets and everything was going great until 2 days ago. I purchased 2 gold ticket items that were available. I only received 1 of the gold tickets. I wrote to support and they sent me a receipt of my purchase. I sent them another email with screenshots of how many I purchased and never received any more help.
If you buy from itemd2r, just be warned that you may not receive any or all your items. If you email support, they most likely will not even reply and you'll be out your money.

Great site, allows you to pay via Paypal w/ a discount that gets rid of the fee(sorry, as amazing as this website is I wouldn't trust it with my card), always gets me my ESO items in a timely manner especially considering the recent gifting changes in game, and the absolute best pricing. This is the best and safest site for buying items I've found.
I made a order almost three days ago now and still have not received it. I contacted support and have not received a response If this changes I will revise my review. This is the first time I have had problems with this company. I used to use this website regularly for ESO without issue, recieving orders within anywhere from 1-24 hours. I just placed an order 48 hours ago. After 24 hours of not receiving my item, I messaged online support and was told it could take 24-36 hours. Used to be a fan of them now they are messed up ordered 3 things on Friday at 12am got to Monday about 8am sent a message to say that one of the items would leave the store before maintenance would finish, they only acknowledged that items would be delivered after maintenance finished which still hasn’t been delivered I messaged them to say cause I personal had to buy the item before the maintenance to partially refund me the amount of the item that left the store and deliver the rest and that message was over well over 12 hours ago and still no reply to my message and about the rest of my order to be delivered. especially wen it’s been 5 days and another item will leave the store in less than a day UPDATE: finally got email confirmation at about 1 am today that the 1 item isnt available anymore, so i asked for refund back to payment method. even though i purchased 4 days before it would leave the store and received numerous live chats saying deliver would take 16 hours-24 then 24 to 36 hours and agent has been online in the live chat every day at some point and ive used live chat saying that it would leave, even on the monday live chat said they have crowns available 2-3 hours before maintenance still had to buy it myself. all the other items was delivered finally this morning
I was really glad to find this site. They delivered almost all stickers requested the very day I ordered and were very quick to email me reason for a delay on a couple I'd also purchased. The very next day, however, the remaining stickers were fulfilled. So nice!
