I ordered on online on 1/21 and to date have not received the product. Contacted their customer service 5 times to receive a refund and has been told it would be processed even told that I need to file out a claim form which was totally bogus. I suggest that no one do business with this shady company. I would rate then-1 if that was possible.

Misleading Shipping Fees and Poor Customer Service

While reviewing the item description on the company's website, specifically under the "Shipping & Returns" section, it only mentioned a $6 delivery fee. I was unaware that this fee was in addition to the $30 shipping charge. The representative explained that the $6 was an extra charge due to the item being classified as "Heavy." I found it surprising that a pop-up Christmas tree would be categorized as heavy. The website provided no indication that this collapsible Christmas tree was overweight. Fortunately, I hadn't opened the box, as I was waiting for clarification on the refund and return process. Ultimately, I must return the item and cover the shipping costs both ways. I strongly advise against using this service, as they are quite misleading, their website lacks clarity, and the customer support leaves much to be desired.

Received the wrong item

I ordered a multi-color LED light tree but received a poinsettia tree instead. When I contacted customer service, they offered to credit my shipping and give me a 20% discount for their mistake, but I still had to pay to return the wrong tree. The tree cost $112, and the cheapest UPS option was $122. AVOID this website!

Deceptive website, TERRIBLE customer service

Order delayed with poor communication

I ordered a Christmas tree with a promised delivery date of November 13th. When I checked on November 14th, customer service informed me it was with FedEx. An earlier update would have been appreciated. Now FedEx claims they have no shipping information! I will never attempt to purchase from this company again. It's a sham!

Wrong item received and incomplete refund

I ordered bamboo curtains but received the wrong color. Returning them was a hassle, requiring numerous calls due to their classification as a "heavy item". I was told to pay for return shipping but would be reimbursed. After shipping through UPS and confirming receipt, we provided the return shipping cost for reimbursement. The first representative was rude and focused on the item and original shipping cost only. After being transferred to a busy line, we hung up and eventually reached a helpful representative who confirmed reimbursement for the total amount promised. Weeks later, the credit to my account was less than the original item and shipping costs. We are now dealing with our credit card company to recover the full amount. A total nightmare!

Difficult experience with the company

***Update: A representative called back after my initial contact. Thank you for your understanding! My credit is being processed! ******* This company is difficult to work with, and I cannot recommend them. I had an item on sale for $199.99 and received a promo code for $50 off. They insisted the sale price was my discount. If that were the case, why did I use the promo code?

Long wait for order fulfillment

I placed an order for a valance but accidentally ordered two. I contacted customer service via live chat to modify my order the same day, but they said it couldn't be changed. I was told I could return it for free, but I noticed the email confirmation indicated shipping wouldn’t happen until 1/9/26. I expressed my frustration about not being able to modify an order that was just placed. When I mentioned leaving a bad review, the representative suddenly could cancel my order. I will never order from this company again.

Rude customer service

Customer service representatives are rude and unhelpful. I called to inquire about late fees on my mother’s order. The first rep immediately wanted my credit card information without allowing me to ask my question. They claimed checks take up to 14 business days to process, and if not processed on time, late fees apply. My 87-year-old mother paid by check two weeks before the due date, yet she faced these charges. After an hour on the phone, I finally reached a representative who demonstrated professionalism and helped resolve the issue. The previous four representatives were unprofessional. It's disappointing to see a company take advantage of a senior citizen with limited income and impose excessive fees instead of assisting customers. To top it off, they sent her the wrong item initially.

I strongly advise anyone thinking of purchasing from this company to expect delays and no support if issues arise. My experience was marked by a lack of empathy and refusal from customer service to take responsibility for their fulfillment process. I ordered bedding on October 16th, but tracking shows it as "out for delivery" since October 22nd, and it remains missing as of November 5th. Reaching out for support resulted in generic responses that ignored my issue. Instead of contacting their shipping provider, I was told to handle it myself. There is a clear lack of accountability and empathy from their representatives, and communication gaps only added to the frustration. If you choose to buy from this company, be prepared for significant hassle.
