Love my Piper!

I love my Normal Piper! It's cute, came in a lovely storage bag, and it works VERY well! Only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is that I'm not a huge fan of most of the vibration patterns. But otherwise, an excellent product! I am a huge fan of the company - knowing there is a 100 night guarantee, and that returned products are recycled for materials is fantastic. Truly innovative in the toy scene!

Couldn't be happier

I have loved Billie since the moment it arrived. I ran into some hardware issues and emailed Normal. My concern was met with understanding and a solution to my problem. I will be receiving a replacement Billie and returning my old one to be recycled. Great product and great customer service.
