I was able to get a replacement toy sent directly to me in a matter of 2 days. They even provided a satchel to send the old one back to dispose of in the correct way. Amazing 10/10 customer service

I’ve purchased two products so far from itsnormal. One product wasn’t right for me so I emailed them for a refund and I got a reply the next day. I’ve had the best customer service experience with a full refund actioned within days and a prepaid envelope sent off to me for the return of the item.
