I bought a toy a couple of months ago. It’s not right for me and I’ve tried contacting them for a refund under the 100 day stand (when I purchased the toy the 100 day stand offer meant a full refund not just an exchange as it says now on their website) but there’s been no reply. I’ve emailed twice and contacted on Instagram. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve initiated contact and nothing
I love the educational aspect of your company and engaging members of the public to embrace sexual health and make it become less of a stigma. Always had such a positive experience learning new things and experimenting with products which have helped me tremendously.
This company is simply incredible! Not only have I learnt a tonne by following their instagram profile I have also learnt so much about my own body since using their toys!! I had never owned sex toys before but I decided to take the leap and purchase an item… then another, then another! They are great to use alone and with a partner. I love the bags that come to store them… I don’t have to be worried about anyone going into my top drawer as all they’ll find is an adorable pouch! I can’t get over the amazing work that Georgia is doing to encourage people to talk about sex and explore what makes them feel good. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Georgia and the team at Normal!
Only giving 2 star as I do like the material it's made of, nice and soft, but it was faulty when I got it, kept turning off, and has only gotten worse despite being fully charged it turns off spontaneously could be one second could be 1 minute, very very annoying:/ I actually haven't contacted any customer service because I don't have time, which is why I bought the product online to begin with and I don't want to have to pay anymore money to send it back :/ it was expensive enough as it was, a peice of rubbish is what I got though really:/ pretty dissatisfied
