Review Time
Experienced a problem which they have sorted (tops came off cartridges as soon as turned so 2400 4in1 couldn't be used). They are sending a replacement (hopefully soon)Have another one, just turned to cartridge 4 and the battery has died so now can't get full use of another product. 1/4 of £12.99 can't be used which is frustrating!So really this needs looking into as the battery life doesn't fit with the product. If you are selling something to be able to use the 4 cartridges, then you have to make a product which has the longevity of being able to which this unfortunately doesn't.
I’ve had great customer service from IVG. I had written a poorish review of one of their IVG Air 4 in 1 vapes about failures in the battery. Shaun emailed me within hours with an apology and then I received a replacement for the 2 faulty pods the next day. The IVG Air rechargeable is a great concept, and the flavours are good. If there is a problem, the customer service team are reassuringly quick to respond so you can buy with confidence.

Great experience with customer service. My vape was not working properly when it was clicked into place and I emailed customer service about this. They have offered to send a replacement all within less than 24 hours of my original email. Shaun was my customer service agent and I was very pleased with the promptness and the communication I received

I recently brought the 4in1 and the 2in1 IVG air kits as well as some extra pods for both machines as I was going abroad The 4in1 worked great, but the 2in1 machine didn’t work and wouldn’t charge up so was left with just the 4in1 for my holidays.Sent an email asking for an exchange or refund but still have not heard anything back, this was about 2 weeks ago
