I have ordered a few items to be delivered to the local post office. At IVG and DPD the order shows as delivered, but the local post office doesn't have it.I have contacted them a few times but no response at all - be aware that if your order does not arrive, you will have to contact your card provider with all written evidence to get your money back!
Seriously not one to email a company with an issue, but I did and wow the customer service representative shaun was amazing! All resolved and so happy.Give this man a raise or a good Christmas bonus, because he handled my issue with a professional level not often found in the email department. Very happy indeed
I recently brought the 4in1 and the 2in1 IVG air kits as well as some extra pods for both machines as I was going abroad The 4in1 worked great, but the 2in1 machine didn’t work and wouldn’t charge up so was left with just the 4in1 for my holidays.Sent an email asking for an exchange or refund but still have not heard anything back, this was about 2 weeks ago
